Classes for Kindergarten to 8th grade meet on Wednesday
evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
in St. Clare School). All children must be dropped off to
their classroom and picked up by a parent or guardian.
Children will not be permitted to leave without a parent or
guardian picking them up.

Food and beverages are not permitted in
classrooms.

All children are expected to bring two
pencils and their textbook to each class.

Pursuant to the policy of the Archdiocese
of Detroit, Anyone who volunteers in the religious education
program as a catechist, aide, hall monitor, parking lot
supervisor, office helper, etc. MUST submit a criminal
background check form to the Director or Religious Education
before beginning their volunteer ministry. A
Protecting God's Children (PGC) Class must be taken within
four months of commencing ministry, or the individual may
not have any contact with children. A Protecting God's
Children and Teen Called to Serve class will be held here at
St. Clare on August 21, 2011 from 5:30-9:00 p.m. and are
also held throughout the year at parishes throughout the
Archdiocese of Detroit.
